NCBS will sponsor cooking/grilling classes at various sites across the state. Arrangements are being made by your society to secure sites for these classes as well as legendary pit masters to conduct them. Some of the classes will be conducted during the evening on weeknights and some will be conducted in the afternoon on Saturdays. Dates, times and places for these classes along with the names of the pit masters will be posted later at this web site. The classes will entail hands on preparation and instruction to cook a whole hog or Boston butts and shoulders. Food and beverage will be included in the price of the classes and barbecue will be available for purchase and take home. Any un-purchased barbecue will be donated to a local shelter for the homeless.
